An Educational Story
We were intentional for Faithfully to the Altar to be a resource that provides biblically focused and culturally relevant dating and marriage advice from a team of trusted experts.
A Story of Hope
Faithfully to the Altar was inspired by the real love story of the Director’s little sister. She met her now husband on a Christian dating app when she was 23 and him 25 after a challenging dating season. Their relationship was far from perfect, and they even had a serious breakup before reconciling and getting married a few months later. Through their union, we hope to show that finding a godly spouse is not about finding a perfect partner but rather building a marriage rooted in faith, grace, love, forgiveness, and intentionality.
Crowd Funding Campaign
We wrapped up filming of Faithfully to the Altar and are raising funds for post-production and distribution. Our goals, once completed, are to submit it to various film festivals and obtain a distribution deal on a major streaming platform like Angel Studios, Amazon Prime, Netflix, or Hulu so it can be readily available to anyone who could benefit from watching it.
Kappas Studio, the post-production house that edited all of the series of The Chosen and many other successful projects, has shared their excitement and support of Faithfully To The Altar. They provided us with a letter of intent to also edit our docu-series. We are also in talks with Collide Media, a distributor with relationships with the aforementioned streaming platforms.
By supporting this docu-series, you are helping bring to life a movement that challenges stereotypes, sparks meaningful dialogue, builds community, creates more godly relationships, and reminds people that love rooted in faith, grace, and intentionality still exists.

Justin, 29, is a laid-back, intentional, and fitness-enthusiast Water Waste Operator. He won the coveted national title of All-American Wrester in college and now coaches young men in his community. He opens up about his difficult childhood in an abusive home and his desire to have a family on his own "to give them the love he wished he had."
Sarah
Actor
Sara, 28, is a fun, driven, and confident News Reporter. She was the Captain of her dance team in college and loves spending time with her family, particularly with her three nieces, to teach them the latest TikTok dance. Sara shares how she enjoys going on dates and meeting new people, but due to past betrayal and heartbreak, her trust has to be earned.

Dominic, 29, is a kind, resilient, and humorous Animal Caretaker at a local dog daycare. His love for animals started very young, and he decided to obtain a degree in Animal Science to better care for them. As a neurodivergent man, dating looks different for him, and he often faces rejection due to judgment of his abilities and job title.

Jessica, 39, is a self-reflective, kind, and encouraging Registered Nurse of 12+ years. She loves to study the Word of God with her sisters in Christ, cook, and travel. After a second marriage proposal ended in a failed engagement, she took some time off from nursing to heal. Now a barista at her church, she appreciates being surrounded by a supportive community, but is not immune to the societal pressure often reminding her that time is running out.

Beyond his imposing 6’4” frame and commanding corporate voice, Sparti reveals himself as a gentle soul with a quick wit and a generous spirit. Growing up as the eldest of three, he quickly discovered that true leadership means putting others first, a lesson he carries into every relationship. With his wife, Laryssa, he leads their home with humility and a servant’s heart, much to her joy. In his role in Technology and Business Consulting, he develops financial strategies that help the company maximize value from its partners and boost rebate earnings. When he is not at work, you’ll find him sketching or exploring hidden culinary gems around town with Laryssa by his side.

Studious and witty, Laryssa finds pleasure in engaging in thoughtful debates with her peers at school, church, and family gatherings. As the middle sibling of five, she has often found herself to be the “glue” of her family. This dynamic has piqued her interest in human conflict resolutions, which propelled her to pursue a Master's in Family Counseling. When not turning in schoolwork, Laryssa enjoys preparing home-cooked meals for her loving husband, Sparti. Also having a creative flair, she likes working on DIY projects around the house and vlogs for her YouTube channel.
