Tracy Lamperti

Tracy Lamperti is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Christian Sex Therapist with more than thirty years of experience working with individuals and couples. She brings both professional depth and lived experience to conversations about marriage, intimacy, and relational healing. 

Through her work, she helps singles and couples approach the altar with intention, honesty, and hope. Tracy believes that while therapy offers practical, evidence-based tools for growth, true comfort and lasting hope are ultimately found in God’s promises. She is the author of Preparing for Marriage with Purpose and Passion, a premarital workbook designed to help people build a strong, faith-centered foundation for covenant marriage. 

Outside of her professional work, Tracy enjoys worship music, gardening, hiking, birding, and spending time with her husband of 30+ years, her adult daughter, and son.
